ONLINE RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS
Making an online reservation with Big Powderhorn Lodging is easy and fast. But first, please take some time to view the more than 250 lodging properties that we manage. There is a wide selection of accommodations, amenities and price ranges. Your sure to find just the right accommodations for your visit with us.
Start by clicking on any of the links to the right. These will allow you to search through and view our many accommodations in a number of different ways.
Once you have decided on a particular unit, look to see if that unit has a link to its own web site. This link will be indicated at the top of the unit's photo page. If it does have it's own web site, by going to it, you may view more detailed photos and unit descriptions. (These sites are provided by the individual unit owners so not all units have them. The content of those sites are outside of the control of Big Powderhorn Lodging.)
When you decide which unit you would like to book, just click on the link located in the BPLA unit picture page ( if you went into the units own web site, you will need to use your back button and return to the BPLA unit picture page) Whenever you see the link that says "Check this unit,s availability and book this unit" that link will take you into our SECURE SERVER and allow you to check the availabitity of that unit..
Simply fill in the information required in each of the reservation screen fields and submit the reservation page. Various messages will be returned depending upon if the unit is available for the dates you have checked, if fields were incorrectly completed messages will appear to help you input the needed information, and so forth. We have made every effort to make this process as easy as possible and we are constantly looking to improve upon it.
Prompts will help you through the process including a pop-up calendar which will help you select dates and view when the unit is available. Once you make the reservation, you will be asked for credit card information, again this is all on a secure server, so your information is safe. Once completed, you will be able to print a confirmation. With that, your done!!
Help is always as close as a phone call, or, view the units that you like then call our toll free number and talk with one of our helpful reservationists. Our phones are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week from early Novermber until season ends. Other times of the year our office is open from 8 a.m to 4 p.m cst on weekdays and 8 a.m until noon on weekends.
